Founder's Bio
Julie Cotton has been deeply interested in lifecycle transitions since she began her graduate work in Adult Development (when it was a brand new field) in the 1970's. Your Second Act is an outgrowth of her 30 years experience as an executive and leadership coach, a change management consultant, a career and life transition counselor, and a human resource executive. She received her B.A. from Simmons College and her Masters and Doctorate in Education and Adult Development from Harvard University. She is currently a Senior Leadership Coach and Consultant for Mariposa Leadership in San Francisco and an adjunct faculty member at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at San Francisco State University and the University of South Florida Academy for Lifelong Learning.
